Unfortunately once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or refund your purchase.
We charge $25 AUD for International Shipping for clothing items, although some bulky items including some boots are sent with a shipping charge of $40 AUD.
The applicable International Shipping rates will be visible in the Checkout page, depending on the size and weight of your order.
We happily ship to the following countries:
Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, UK & USA.
Your parcel will be sent with International Standard shipping, which includes Tracking via Airmail through Australia Post and usually takes 7-10 business days, although can take up to 21 business days.
We will send you a lodgement receipt and tracking number where applicable, as soon as your order has been lodged with Australia Post. So you can assure safe delivery, please nominate an address that will be attended during delivery hours. Additional Taxes And Duties may be payable by you, depending on your country.

Please Note - Once your order is dispatched it is no longer in our control. Please contact your local Post Office if you have any concerns. Please do not contact us regarding delivery of your order until 21 business days after lodgement of your order with Australia Post, according to receipt information.
Some bulky orders will automatically have postage recalculated, based on the weight and size, or if you're ordering multiple items.
Place your order before 1pm AEST (weekdays) for same-day dispatch*.
Orders placed on weekends & public holidays will ship the next business day.
PLEASE Nominate a business address for delivery if no-one will be present during regular delivery hours. We cannot take any responsibility for orders not received.
