We charge a competitive flat rate of $10 for Regular Post and $15 for Express Post. Orders over $200 receive free delivery within Australia.

Some bulky or multiple-item orders may automatically have postage recalculated based on weight and size.

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • $10 Regular Shipping – Sent via Australia Post Parcel Post for reliable, trackable delivery.

  • $15 Express Post – Sent via the Australia Post Express network.

In-Store Pickup (Free)

Place your order before 1pm AEST (weekdays) for same-day dispatch where possible.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Please nominate a business address if no one will be present during standard delivery hours. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels not received when an unattended address is provided.

During busy periods processing times may be longer.

Please include any specific delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., “leave behind chair”, “leave near pot plants”).

International Delivery

We happily ship worldwide!

  • Standard International Clothing Shipping: $25 AUD

  • Bulky Items (including some boots): $40 AUD
    Your exact shipping rate will appear at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

International orders are sent via tracked Airmail with Australia Post and may take up to 21 business days (sometimes less, occasionally more depending on the destination).

You will receive a lodgement receipt and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please provide an attended address to ensure safe delivery.

Duties & Taxes

For US customers: A 15% increase has been applied to cover rising duties and import fees for parcels shipped from Australia.
Additional duties or taxes may still be payable depending on your country’s import regulations.

Check current international delivery disruptions through Australia Post if needed.
