Returns

Please take the time to read product descriptions carefully.

We do attempt to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, but sometimes due to lighting, image resolution, & individual computer screen settings we cannot guarantee that the colour on screen is an exact match to the physical item.

All garments undergo a quality inspection at our end before dispatch, but we strongly recommend you inspect your purchase upon arrival just to be sure that it’s perfect. Try your goodies on before you remove the tags, and notify us within 7 days if you need to return or exchange your item.

 

Returns Process

PLEASE NOTE - We do not refund shipping costs for returned items.

PLEASE NOTE - Third Party Payment refunds (eg Afterpay) will have a 6% Merchant fee deducted from the refund amount.

Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 14 days. Contact us at online@bomboclothing.com to arrange a return of your product for a credit, replacement, exchange or refund.

For safe delivery, all Returns should be sent through Express Post (with Tracking Number) or Registered Post. Bombo Clothing Co cannot be held responsible for missing or incorrectly addressed returns, so please choose a reliable postage method. 

Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including the box. Try your shoes on a surface such as carpet to prevent the soles being damaged, and always follow care instructions so that you retain the longest and happiest life for your garments.

 

Returns will not be allowed if tags have been removed or if the item has been washed, used, or worn. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for swimwear, jewellery, or body products.

Because of the great deals on our sale items they are unable to be returned.

Faulty Items

Each item is carefully inspected upon arrival into our store, and again before dispatch. If your purchase arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days of you receiving your order. In the case of us not being able to replace your item, you can choose something else to the same value, or receive a full refund.

 

Please note that wear and tear to a delicate item is not considered a fault, and we won’t be able to accept a return in this case.

Third Party Payment refunds (eg Afterpay) will have a 6% Merchant fee deducted. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Any changes or cancellations to LAYBY will incur a $10 handling fee.

Availability

In extremely unlikely cases, there may be a person in the fitting room trying on a garment that you are viewing online, and you will both be at the checkout at the same time. This may result in the product you wish to purchase being snapped up at the same time in store.
In the event that this happens, or if a product that you order is not available, we will notify you within 24 hours. We can try to source you another item, or you can cancel or change your order.

 

If you can’t find an item in your size, email us online@bomboclothing.com and we will do our very best to get it for you. Remember to include your contact details, style name, price, size and colour you are looking for.
