Product Information & Returns Policy
Please take a moment to read the information below carefully.
We aim to display all products and colours as accurately as possible, however variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Because of this, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match between what you see online and the physical item.
All garments are quality-checked before dispatch, but we recommend inspecting your purchase upon arrival. Please try items on before removing the tags, and notify us within 7 days if you need to return or exchange anything.
Please Note: Our in-store returns policy differs from our online returns policy.
ONLINE RETURNS
Sale Items
We do not accept returns for Sale items. All Sale purchases are final.
Third-Party Payment Refunds
Refunds processed through services such as Afterpay incur a 6% merchant fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Eligibility for Returns
Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please email online@bomboclothing.com to arrange a credit, exchange, replacement, or refund (where applicable).
How to Return an Item

Returns must be sent via Express Post or Registered Post with tracking.

We cannot accept responsibility for missing or incorrectly addressed returns.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and packaging. Please try on shoes on carpeted surfaces to avoid marking the soles.

Items cannot be returned if they:

Have tags removed

Have been worn, washed, or used

Have been damaged after delivery

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, jewellery, and body products cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS
All products are carefully inspected when they arrive in-store and again before they are dispatched.
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
We will offer a replacement where possible. If a replacement is not available, you may choose:

An exchange for another item of equal value, or

A full refund (minus applicable third-party merchant fees for Afterpay and similar services)
Please note: Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
AVAILABILITY
Due to the nature of running a physical boutique and an online store simultaneously, it is possible—though rare—that an item may sell in store at the same moment it is purchased online.
If this occurs or if an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours.
We can attempt to source another item for you, or you may choose to cancel or adjust your order.
