We do attempt to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, but sometimes due to lighting, image resolution, & individual computer screen settings we cannot guarantee that the colour on screen is an exact match to the physical item.
All garments undergo a quality inspection at our end before dispatch, but we strongly recommend you inspect your purchase upon arrival just to be sure that it’s perfect. Try your goodies on before you remove the tags, and notify us within 7 days if you need to return or exchange your item.
PLEASE NOTE - We do not allow returns for Sale Items.
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 14 days. Contact us at email@example.com to arrange a return of your product for a credit, replacement, exchange or refund.
For safe delivery, all Returns should be sent through Express Post (with Tracking Number) or Registered Post. Bombo Clothing Co cannot be held responsible for missing or incorrectly addressed returns, so please choose a reliable postage method.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including the box. Try your shoes on a surface such as carpet to prevent the soles being damaged, and always follow care instructions so that you retain the longest and happiest life for your garments.
Returns will not be allowed if tags have been removed or if the item has been washed, used, or worn. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for swimwear, jewellery, or body products.
Because of the great deals on our sale items they are unable to be returned.
Each item is carefully inspected upon arrival into our store, and again before dispatch. If your purchase arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days of you receiving your order. In the case of us not being able to replace your item, you can choose something else to the same value, or receive a full refund.
Please note that wear and tear to a delicate item is not considered a fault, and we won’t be able to accept a return in this case.
In extremely unlikely cases, there may be a person in the fitting room trying on a garment that you are viewing online, and you will both be at the checkout at the same time. This may result in the product you wish to purchase being snapped up at the same time in store.
In the event that this happens, or if a product that you order is not available, we will notify you within 24 hours. We can try to source you another item, or you can cancel or change your order.
If you can’t find an item in your size, email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our very best to get it for you. Remember to include your contact details, style name, price, size and colour you are looking for.

Bombo Clothing Co uses either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post Express Post to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your purchase.
Place your order before 1pm AEST (weekdays) for same-day dispatch*.
Orders placed on weekends & public holidays will ship the next business day.
PLEASE Nominate a business address for delivery if no-one will be present during regular delivery hours. We cannot take any responsibility for orders not received.

We use Express Post for addresses with a PO Box, for addresses outside the Fastway network area, or if we think you'll get your parcel faster with Express Post.

Depending on where you live, Fastway delivery timeframes are very similar to Australia Post Express services.

Fastway Couriers require a signature on delivery. If the delivery address is unattended when your parcel is delivered, a card is left and re-delivery* can be arranged (conditions apply, see http://www.fastway.com.au)
You can give an authorization to deliver without a signature.
We charge $25 AUD for International Shipping for clothing items, although some bulky items including some boots are sent with a shipping charge of $40 AUD.
The applicable International Shipping rates will be visible in the Checkout page, depending on the size and weight of your order.
We happily ship to the following countries:
Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, UK & USA.
Your parcel will be sent with Tracking via Airmail through Australia Post and usually takes 7-10 business days, although can take up to 21 business days.
We will send you a lodgement receipt and tracking number where applicable, as soon as your order has been lodged with Australia Post. So you can assure safe delivery, please nominate an address that will be attended during delivery hours. Additional Taxes And Duties may be payable by you, depending on your country.
