Delivery & Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for post, and for all orders over $100 delivery is free.
Australia Post Express Service
Bombo Clothing Co. uses Australia Post’s Express Service to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your purchase.
Placing your order before 2pm AEST is recommended for guaranteed next day delivery* within the Express Post network. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, we will dispatch your parcel the next business day.
It is a good idea to nominate a delivery address that is attended during business hours. If you are receiving the item at your work address, please include the business name. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery you will be left a card with instructions on how to collect your item.
* Please be aware that in rare instances there could be a delay in the delivery time frame. Unfortunately once your item has been dispatched it is no longer in our control, and we apologise in the unlikely event of your delivery being delayed. If you are concerned about the location of your order, contact us and we will send you a tracking code.
Damage or Loss in Transit
Please call us on (02) 42322422 during business hours, or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to report damaged parcels, or if your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe.
International
If you are looking to purchase our products from outside Australia, please email us. At the moment we are not set up for International shipping through our checkout, but can be arranged by contacting us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Please include your name, country, contact details and a description of which products you are interested in.
